为汇集人文社科和理工科等不同背景的学者进行高质量、与国家政策相关的研究，公共政策研究院（以下简称“研究院”）推出访问学者项目。该项目将为海内外社会科学学者的交流提供平台，促进知识创新，为一系列紧迫的社会挑战提供政策解决方案。
岗位名称： 访问学者
招募人数：4人
访学待遇：
1、享受华南理工大学公共政策研究院访问学者身份；
2、独立办公室(研究院南沙建滔广场办公室)；
3、往返交通补贴1次；
4、生活补贴:10000元/每月（税前）；
5、住宿补贴:3000元/每月（税前）。
应聘条件：
1、访问学者到研究院工作时间一般为1至3个月，特殊情况可延长至6个月。
2、访问学者一般为从事社会科学和公共政策研究相关领域的学者，接受的研究领域包括但不限于:经济学、法学、社会学、教育学、国际政治经济学、国际关系等。
3、访问学者的基本条件，包括：
1）拥有人文社会领域或理工领域的博士学位；
2）国内外大学或研究机构的全职研究人员，担任教授、副教授或助理教授等职位（或同等技术岗位）；
3）在相关领域有突出的学术发表或政策咨询工作成果。
访学任务：
1、访问学者以参与研究院相关研究工作为主，须按要求完成研究院交办的研究任务。
2、访问学者应每个月在研究院举办至少1场公开研究讲座。
3、访问学者应接受研究院的学术访谈。
4、访问学者应以研究院为第一作者单位发表至少1篇论文或政策报告，访学时长为6个月的访问学者则需发表至少2篇论文或政策报告。
应聘材料：
1、中英文简历；
2、一封有亲笔签名的同行推荐信；
3、博士学位证书复印件及相关任职资格证明；
4、正式发表的全部学术论著目录，3-5篇代表性论著全文；
5、一份访学研究计划。该计划应简要地描述个人研究领域，说明访学计划如何帮助其实现研究目标以及计划访学时长等；
6、一张近期生活照。

Visiting Fellowships at Institute of Public Policy, South China University of Technology
The Institute of Public Policy (IPP), South China University of Technology offers opportunities for Visiting Fellows from a wide range of academic disciplines to carry out their individual research and inform policymaking in China.
IPP is a leading research institution where scholars from China and abroad collaborate to advance knowledge creation and explore policy solutions to pressing domestic and international issues facing China today.
We invite Visiting Fellows to work with us for typically 1 to 3 months, with the possibility of extending their stay to 6 months under special circumstances.
Job Responsibilities:
Making an intellectual contribution to IPP and participating in our ongoing research
Delivering a minimum of one public lecture monthly
Participating in academic interviews arranged by IPP staff
Publishing/authoring a journal article or a policy paper (Visiting Fellows staying for 6 months are required to publish 2 journal articles or policy papers)
Indicating IPP as your primary affiliation in your publications during the fellowship program
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
PhD in Social Sciences (Economics, Law, Sociology, Pedagogy, International Political Economy, International Relations, etc.)
Currently working full-time at a higher education or research institution while holding a position equivalent to or higher than Assistant Professor
Outstanding academic achievements and/or experience in policy development, analysis, and monitoring
Benefits:

Living allowance of up to 10,000 CNY per month (pre-taxed)
